This month is a joint meeting with Manchester Free Software to celebrate Software Freedom Day, please come along and celebrate this special day.
Our aim for Software Freedom Day (SFD) is to celebrate software freedom, and to engage with and encourage personal computer users, local businesses, government bodies and other groups to use Free Software and to promote the Free Software philosophy.
The event will be a party celebrating Free Software. There will be talks, chat and demos with food and drink available from the bar. The event will be relaxed and friendly and will be inclusive of those wanting to get into Free Software.
