Summary
Some Pictures that I took at this InstallFest. (JH)
We'll try to have recent versions of as many Linux distributions as possible, certainly including S.u.S.E 8.0 and Debian woody or potato. There will also be the latest version of FreeBSD and (if you have networking on your machine) OpenBSD or NetBSD. I understand very recent versions of Mandrake and even Red Hat will also be available.
Thanks to the generosity of S.u.S.E and of O'Reilly, we have some books and some copies of S.u.S.E Professional to give away as door prizes, as well as some T shirts.
Please come and help, or bring your machine along.
Note: Please, please back up your machine before you bring it, unless you are absolutely willing to risk losing everything on it!
When you arrive at the porters lodge, you will be required to sign-in and list all peices of equipment that you are bringing in to the InstallFest, other wise you will not be allowed to take it out of the building at the end.
